“I’ve had the opportunity to work with Matt on a couple of different projects and watched him work in a variety of unique conditions. For my recordings he had to cart essentially and entire studio setup to my house, mic a six piece ensemble (all in different rooms, each with it’s own sound issues), with instruments ranging from acoustic guitar to vibraphone, and everything came out sounding gorgeous.
